Typical Ultrasound Assisted Wound Debridement Session.

This patient is being treated for a wound due to osteomyelitis. He is seen here seated comfortably while his wound is being treated without any anesthesia. Not all patients can tolerate this and it's for them that we apply a topical anesthetic before starting.

This wound is approximately 6 cms long and 2 cms wide and treatment took just over a minute to be done.
