PY, 55/F, with an infected sacral pressure ulcer.

This is a bed-ridden patient with an infected sacral pressure ulcer. Wounds like this are very hard to heal completely and for this patient what we did was prepare the wound bed for a future flap to be done by a plastic surgeon.
