AA, 40/M, diabetic, with an infected venous stasis ulcer.

This wound started as an infected boil that became a venous stasis-type of ulcer once the infection was controlled. Besides ultrasound assisted debridement with Prontosan, we also did 2-layer compression therapy and oral hemorrheologic medication for this wound. We managed to heal this wound in 2 months time.
